About Higher Ground
Building something meaningful.

I've always loved building things.
For years, I thought that meant construction. I spent my career managing client relationships for multi-million-dollar commercial projects, sitting across the table from developers and decision-makers where a single deal could reach seven figures.
That experience taught me something important: when the stakes are high, trust matters. It's built by showing up, doing what you say you'll do, and genuinely caring about the people you serve.
I was good at my job. The checks cleared, my career was moving forward, and on paper, I had everything figured out.
But the more successful I became, the more I realized I was pouring my energy into building someone else's vision instead of the one God had placed on my heart. One morning, I finally asked myself:
Is this really what I was called to do with the gifts I've been given?
Why Higher Ground exists
A partner, not another vendor.
When I entered the marketing world, I saw a problem. Too many business owners were being burned by agencies that hid behind complicated language, chased vanity metrics, and focused more on selling than actually helping.
Business owners don't need another marketing company. They need a partner they can trust. Someone who operates with honesty, serves with integrity, and treats their business like it matters. That's the standard we hold ourselves to at Higher Ground.
our mission
We help businesses grow. The real work is creating opportunity.
My family is from the Dominican Republic, and I believe one of the best ways to give back is by creating opportunity.
We're committed to hiring, training, and empowering talented people in the Dominican Republic with skills that open doors, create careers, and make a lasting impact on their lives.
We help businesses grow, but our mission is creating opportunity.
Away from the desk
Who I am outside of business.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me serving at my local church, spending time with my wife, or disappearing into the mountains for a weekend of camping and getting away from the noise.
Those moments remind me why I started this journey in the first place.
I don't want to simply build a successful company. I want to build something meaningful. Something that serves people, creates opportunities, and honors God.
At the end of my life, I don't want to be remembered for what I built.I want to be remembered for who I helped along the way.
