Brief
Giving is not a transaction. For the Central Luzon Provinces Mission, it carries meaning, structure, and accountability. CLPM needed a giving platform built around how their organization actually operates, not a generic payment tool bent into shape. We built CLPM Online Giving from the ground up: a fully custom web platform where members select their area and church, give across the mission's specific categories, and know every contribution is recorded, categorized, and traceable. Purpose-built, secure, and entirely their own.

Challenge
CLPM's members give across defined categories. Tithes. The Combined Offering Plan, split across CLPM, local churches, and schools. Other gifts directed to local and conference projects. That structure exists for a reason, and general-purpose payment tools flatten it. Manual collection made it worse. The result was lost records, inconsistent reporting, and a giving experience that failed to reflect the intentionality the community brings to it. A mission built on accountability was operating without the infrastructure to demonstrate it.

Discovery
The organization's structure had to be the product's structure. Giving categories are not filters to be added later. They determine how a contribution is understood, allocated, and reported. Members needed to identify by area and church because that is how the mission is organized. Administrators needed every donation tied to a member profile because traceability is what makes accountability real. And the flow had to stay simple enough that giving remained an act of intention rather than an exercise in data entry. Order and transparency were the requirements, not the features.

Design
We built CLPM Online Giving as a fully custom web platform for the mission. Members log in, select their area and church, and give across CLPM's structured categories in a single seamless flow. The platform handles tithe, Combined Offering Plan contributions, and open-ended other gifts, each with clear labels, amounts, and an optional field for additional context. Every donation is recorded and tied to the member's profile, giving CLPM a clean, reliable record across every church and area. Payments process securely within a transaction structure built around the organization's specific needs, including local giving limits and member identification. Members across the Central Luzon Provinces can now give securely from anywhere with full visibility, while administrators have order, transparency, and trust across the entire giving process.
