Challenge
Payments should be the easiest part of a business day. For micro and small business owners in the Philippines, they are the hardest. Multiple QR codes to manage. Several payment apps to juggle. Real, warranted anxiety about the security of every online transaction. The whole process is complicated, inefficient, and error-prone, and it drags on operations every single day. None of that has anything to do with running a good business. It is friction that exists purely because nobody built the right tool.
Discovery
