Brief
Riverside Farm Institute has been equipping communities in Zambia for over thirty years. Their digital presence had not kept pace. We rebuilt their main website into a professional home that reflects the real breadth of their work, and built a clean, integrated front end for their Distance Learning program so students could actually reach it. Education, farming, wellness, community outreach, all clearly represented. A course catalog students can browse, register for, and log into. Thirty years of impact, finally matched by the infrastructure to extend it.
Challenge
Riverside Farm runs education, farming, wellness, and community outreach programs from a remote campus in Kafue. Their existing website could not communicate that scope with any clarity. The Distance Learning program had a bigger problem. Course content sat ready in Tutor LMS Pro with no front end at all, meaning students had no way to browse courses, register, or log in. A fully built backend with no usable entry point serves nobody. The work was done. The door was missing.
Discovery
Two problems, two different answers. The main site needed structure and clarity to represent a genuinely multi-programme institute without burying any part of it. Distance Learning needed something narrower and sharper: a focused path from discovery to course access with nothing in the way. Enrollment was still handled manually, and the LMS lived separately, so the front end had to bridge both rather than pretend either did not exist. Students needed one clear, trustworthy route through. Everything else was noise.
Design
We rebuilt the main Riverside Farm website to give the institute a professional, organized digital home that clearly communicates its mission, programs, and community impact. For Distance Learning, we designed and built a focused single-page experience in Webflow, with smooth scroll navigation to course sections, a monday.com registration form integration for new student enrollment, and a seamless login pathway into Tutor LMS Pro for existing students. The result is a clean front end that bridges a manual enrollment process and an LMS backend, guiding students from course selection to registration to login without friction. Riverside Farm Institute now has a digital presence that matches the quality of their work on the ground, and a Distance Learning program open to communities far beyond Kafue.
